Too pricey for what it offers.

Pros: Rotating basket for even frying seems to be pretty unique with this product
Cons: The viewing window fogged up and the fryer did not stay cool.

Dont buy this!!!

Pros: This fryer did fry food very well while it worked. Cool to the touch.
Cons: Temperature was not accurate. Durability was poor. All around functionality poor. Difficult to clean.
The Bottom Line: Not only did the fryer fall apart after 10 uses and had to be thrown out, Delonghi never returned my email or letter about the problem.
