Great Game for All Ages - A Must for All Wii Collections
by fitzkissa, May 2, 2009
Pros: Fun for any age, lots of fun extras.
Cons: The price is still fairly high and the game is a bit older.
The Bottom Line: The game is great for all ages and easy to play and understand. It does not require a lot of twisting movements like some other Wii games do.
Review: This game is a staple if you own a Wii system. It is fun to play alone, but excels when pl ...

Little Kids Stay, Adults Flee
by playhooky, Jan 23, 2009
Pros: Fun and large variety of mini-games.
Cons: Board game play is basically left to chance.
The Bottom Line: I wouldn't pay money for this game. Too much text to read, long game, no strategy involved. Its just candy.
Review: Here's a game little kids seem to love but makes adults suddenly need to go work on their taxes.&nbs ...

There's Fun to be Had, and Potential to be Missed
by genesisone, Jan 18, 2009
Pros: A Decent Amount of Fun Games Looks and Feels Very Much Like a Mario Party Game
Cons: Motion Sensor Technology Hardly Tapped Recycled and Bland Board Gameplay Lack of Strategy
The Bottom Line: Don't expect something new and fresh. It's fun, and in some limited ways, gives you a new way to party, but the series could do so much better.
Review: I enjoy Mario Party games. I really do. I own all three N64 games, all four GCN games, and now the W ...

'Cause the Mario Party Don't Stop
by disinclined, Dec 4, 2008
Pros: Quick to learn, easy to play, fun for all ages in groups.
Cons: Annoying sounds and chatty characters, can't skip through tedious intros.
The Bottom Line: The Bottom Line stole the Mario Party soundtrack from the library.
Review: I knew that purchasing a Wii would increase my popularity by several orders of magnitude, but what I ...

Mario Party 8- A really cheesy game collection
by dickcheney6, May 26, 2008
Pros: Some games are fun, intuitave controls on some games, MARIO!
Cons: A lot of games have bad controls, overly hard, or just plain boring. Annoying clown.
The Bottom Line: This game gets "old" fast. Some games are fun but a lot of them have bad controls. There's also too much "down time" where you're forced to watch garbage.
Review: I bought this game because I heard it was fun, and I knew many people who were fans of the older mar ...

Have a party all by yourself!
by gamegurus, Feb 20, 2008
Pros: Mario and company will spend time with you even when nobody else will!
Cons: Can be a little "childish". Gets boring fast.
The Bottom Line: This is not something I would play daily, but beats cleaning up the mess of an old fashioned board game!
Review: If you were (or are) one of those lonely kids like I was growing up, you still carry around baggage ...

Pros: Tons of minigames, hours of fun, fun for all ages.
Cons: Some minigames are kinda boring/repetative.
The Bottom Line: This is a great game that can be played over and over by all skill level players, and age groups.

A Great Renter
by udrag14, Jan 8, 2008
Pros: Fun at a party, new way of playing
Cons: No widescreen, gets old fast
The Bottom Line: It is worth a rent during a party since it has no lasting appeal except for those who love the mario party series
Review: The next installment of the Mario Party is now available for the Wii. In this game, the controller h ...
